Zeke's journey spans Executive Recruiting at TurnkeyZRG, Marketing with the Philadelphia Eagles, and Football Operations at the University of Pennsylvania. He's seen both sides of the hiring process, placing culture-changing hires and coaching candidates to land C-Level and Commissioner positions in pro and collegiate sports.

As a You Can Play Inclusion Ambassador, Zeke is dedicated to elevating LGBTQIA+ professionals in sports. A Drexel University alum calling Philadelphia home, he brings recruiting insight and personal touch to every interaction.
