Trinity Monteiro

Trinity offers a unique perspective on navigating the industry rooted in authenticity, strategy, and intentionality based on her untraditional path into sports. She attended UMass Amherst not knowing a career in sports was even a possibility and then graduated having interned for Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality (RISE), the NBA, and Sports and Entertainment Equity Network (SEEN).

She has let her passion for business, but also most importantly social justice and DEI lead her to opportunities including being the first full-time hire for SEEN and now tackling social responsibility back in professional sports. Her journey as a Black woman trying to make it in the industry from a small town in Massachusetts has encompassed keen professional skills and, most importantly, a focus on intentional networking and relationship management. She looks forward to sharing her experiences with Elevate clients to help them grow into the best professional version of themselves.
