Over the past 10 years, I've worked my way through 3 League Offices (NFL, NHL, MLB), 4 pro sports teams, Disney, and Minute Media as a recruiter and diversity & inclusion leader. But no matter where I was, I always thought, "Why is there not a place where people can go to get personalized career advice & guidance from top industry leaders?"
